Johan Padan
The film “Johan Padan” is about the adventures of an orphan boy, not very smart, who in 1500, right after the discovery of America, goes on a ship to get to the new continent. The contact with the native inhabitants contributs towards his spiritual and moral growing. A film that besides entertaining the kids, will also learn something to the adults.
The film, entirly produced in Italy by Green Movie of Luciano Beretta and Maurizio Manni, with the participation of the Rai, has as a director another "marchigiano", Giulio Cingoli (among other things with television experience in "Non solo modo"), the prize Dario Fo who wrote the subject and dialogues and Fiorello who gave the voice to the leading character.
